thank you my friends for your care and concern...
after much thoughts im ok already... as in that day... but whats life without no hits ?
im just at my rocky stage... the process of getting mature.. and AGING..
past weekends is hectic for me... though dear is not with me but i always tend to get booked when he is not around... my time is always packed !
saturday -- DEAR & ME = 3 years!
morning... go visit my grandpa and my grandma... its my grandpa's 1st year death anniversay.. and we heard like war going on behind the hills where u can see graves.. i think is army guys training.. after the praying & burning as usual... we went for :breakfast:... i ate poriagde.. kaya toast, eggs and ice milo... full... with some side dish.. like chicken, pork.. kuei ~~
afternoon... reached home.. bathed.. sing KARAOKE... den wait for my mama send me to vocal lessons... vocal lessons = no lessons... 3 kids from kids central went tinybox for recording and shooting MV for Great Eastern.. "Life is Great!" so we were like kpo... see see.. but nothing special... im not interested but cause laoshi told me to help take some photos.. after the hulahula... laoshi spoke to us about the miscommunication matter about the dance ext timing.. and took quite long... zZzzz... but nevertheless... we helped celebrate debra's birthday !
which today is her birthday !! Happy birthday~~
evening... after all the hulahula.. 6pm we left tinybox.. rush to meet xuefen and guys... we said to meet 6.. but i know laoshi will let us go only like later... so... i got valid reasons !
night...
and we went to ate in this japanese restuarant.. wah... 30 bucks per person... lol... but zhihao know the people there soo... zhihao and justin officially sign on... OMG !!! junwen is awaiting for like itnerview or approve.. hmmm... its up to them to decide their future de ba..

den we went to the cathay to watch movie because singing karaoke costed 35 bucks each !!! so expensive ~~ @ KBOX !!!
den someone suggest/said JUNO is nice... because there isnt much show to see.. so we watch JUNO...
its about a girl being pregnant and how she handles the situation and more life to be known something like dat.. quite..."artistic" show.. that everyone fall asleep... one whole row.. everyone fall asleep... halfway.. xuefen and i thought of leaving... but think its going to end so we stayed... i tried to open my eyes man !! but the story is a bit long winded and no high points that u will want to stay put.. its NOT a recommended show from me.. unless u like to see about the life/process of growing up and something something... more humanity... den we took cab home... but the way xuefen and junwen.. its 21 bucks... means 7 bucks per person..~
reached home.. change of clothes and sleep... in the cab i also cannot take it.. den i think the cab uncle dunno wanna drive fast or slow... cause we like sleeping..

morning/afternoon... wakey.. change clothes.. took public transport to dance studio.. reached early man !
i forgot the lessons starts at 145pm... but i reached at 1pm.. lol !!
lucky me.. as we need to reach 30 mins earlier for warmup.. den they took like 1 hour to talk to us about the incident again... jo cried.. haii.. abit sad that things went wrong and all the blaming is flying around.. so practically we didnt dance that day.. just played some game and hear teacher talk.. and thats the day i didnt bring jacket cause i thought not needed... in the end im colded till death !!
evening... went cine.. intention.. sing KBOX !!
again.. something cock up but nvm... den we went back home after singing.. reached home like 10 40pm.. bath and do ironing and folding of clothes for like 1 hour plus.. cause i didnt do my chores on sat as i went home late.. so i have cleared my things.. slept at after 12am... not euff sleep...
this week i'll be doing dish washing and clearing of dustbins.. not forgetting washing of the toilets.. anyone have any suggestions or recommendation ?
i wanna keep the toilet clean clean ~~ because i think its smelly.. lol ~~
hay ya.. and i got ads from nuff again.. yipee.. do come often !!
but this is only for this week... i wanna make money !! no money ler me.. my pay still got 3 more weeks... and im getting poorer.. think later i eat maggi mee.. lol !! den my colleagues will force me go eat... i must insist !!
i also need to cut my nails ler.. cause have to deal with water now..

resting
i dun feel like blogging these few days.. I'm in my moody mode... i feel myself irritating and also easily getting mad thus fuss about stuffs...
sometimes feel myself useless... but maybe I'm just getting into the mode of doing house chores and darling not in Singapore...
i remember on Wednesday night i got so frustrated and i was somehow provoke by some words that my mind keep thinking and thinking den i went irritating.. i felt so pekcek den i feel so sianz... den i sms dear on web sms... told him im not feeling right.. felt myself being irritating but i cannot help myself.. but during the sms i thought.. i shouldnt talk to him this way.. and i should find a way to release my unhappy thoughts.. so i told him not to worry.. i can take care of myself to make me feel better.. den i indulge myself in music... sing the hell out of my lungs... den i felt better... @ that moment.. i really felt music really helps me somehow... and i know i can depend on it when im not feeling good...
11pm to 12am
got a call.. i thought is my mother because it was an overseas called... to my surprise.. its darling calling me from brunei !
i told him not to call as its expensive... but he called i know to see if im alright.. i told him i felt better already and im really happy that he called... makes my night !
haii.. miss him oh...
awaiting for 1 week for his return !!

Bedtime Snacks that Help You Sleep
Saw an interesting article on "Bedtime Snacks that Help You Sleep" from Yahoo!
Here Goes:
One of the best natural sedatives is tryptophan, an amino acid component of many plant and animal proteins.
Tryptophan is one of the ingredients necessary for the body to make serotonin, the neurotransmitter best known for creating feelings of calm, and for making you sleepy.
However, the trick is to combine foods that have some tryptophan with ample carbohydrate. That’s because in order for insomnia-busting tryptophan to work, it has to make its way to the brain.
Unfortunately, all amino acids compete for transport to the brain. When you add carbs, they cause the release of insulin, which takes the competing amino acids and incorporates them into muscle…but leaves tryptophan alone, so it can make its way to the brain, be converted to serotonin, and cause sleepiness.
Serotonin-producing bedtime snacks should be no more than 200 calories and should be eaten at least 30 minutes prior to bed.
Here are a few great ideas:
Bedtime Snacks for Adults
- 6-8 oz container of non-fat, flavored yogurt topped with 2 tablespoons low-fat granola cereal
- Sliced apple with 1-2 teaspoons natural peanut butter
- 3 cups low-fat popcorn – sprinkled with optional 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Bedtime Snacks for Teens
- One cup healthy cereal with skim milk
- Low-fat granola bar
- Scoop of vanilla or strawberry low-fat ice cream
Bedtime Snacks for Children
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla pudding
- 1/2 banana with 1-2 teaspoons peanut butter
- One cup skim milk with a bunch of grapes (or other fruit)

House Chores !
Officially no maid !!
Oh no ~~~ then my sister go make up a timetable like who do what...
So i got ironing and folding of clothes this week...
I think clothes wont be ironed nicely cause i totally dunno what im doing last night...
and i kind of thinking i will be irritated if my clothes is not folded properly when its not my week... ARR !!!
i dunno... although yesterday was kinda fun with my siblings... all the laughter and all doing their own stuffs.. but i used like 1 and a half hour to finish the ironing and folding.. omg..
we never watch television like we used too... missed shows yesterday.. but was just tired too...
luckily im not doing laundry yet.. my arms is still aching from the dance lesson...
This is the last position we learnt... baby freeze !
Its like.. omg... but i manage to do it for like 1 secs den i cannot control the weight.. and down to the floor.. one tried i hit my side of the face on the floor.. lol !!
Last lesson was ok for me... but last last week i cannot recall the steps... darn !!
There will be exams... need to do so many things... Vocal lessons changed to saturday and dance lesson on sunday... I'm so fully booked !
Last Thursday went dear's house sent him to airport.. den meet clubbers eat supper.. long time no chat till so happy.. somemore cause got joker teckheng... lol !!!
Friday blogged before... went down PSA and meet jayce...
Then Saturday all come my house for steamboat dinner... but i arrived my own home late cause i got vocal lessons.. its actually quite sad ar.. so hard to sing lo... now i know being a singer is really really not easy... you need to sing very well is not easy too unless you really got the talent.. i think i'm not much of a talent just that laoshi like my voice... lol !!!
But nevertheless i will still practise as much as i can..
we ended up playing till 4AM !
Sunday ! Dance lesson @ 130PM... woke up not long change clothes den went for lesson... after lesson reached carpark den leave to my ah yi's house for steamboat dinner... till 11pm...

recalling that day.... last friday...
i went to PSA for client meeting! BORREEDD...
Since im going to habourfront to take NEL home.. so... I went to find jayce! When i went to find her.. i saw that she is busy.. so i went to the toilet... and even go shop shop nearby.. went back she quite free ler then her colleague wanna intro buy citibank.. lol !! i mean the card la.. but i not interested liao he like still think im a customer... anyway... i waited for jayce for about 1 hour... ended up buying a body shop lotion which in the end is in my mummy's hands... cause i feel that smell is more like her.. what she like ba.. then i brought some tibits from marks and spencer.. i love to buy food in marks and spencer.. lol !!! took mrt with jayce... den she took bus home with me and change 159 cause she wanna go her friends house.. i think we are more mature in the sense that we dun crap loudly like we used to in polytechnic... i dunno... maybe work stress us both ~~ lol !!!

i'm just feeling fluish now.... and having a very bad mood.... i'm so lost now lo...
now i dun feel to working... i need a break !!
but i need to keep my leave till the end cannot anyhow use... cause i dun wanna terminate the contract so have to bite on to it...
den my dear is on foul mood... he is kinda on a rough track now… whatever i say nicely to him, is no point... cause he's not in a good mood and wants to be alone... but for me i dun wish that you keep things to yourself.. as in if we will be together forever then how ?
but now i'll take whatever things he give cause he's going brunei today... yes.. on valentine's day...
you know better that I would share happiness and unhappy moments with you right ? so do the same to me…

And also my house… my maid is leaving after this week… and my sister is doing some chore timetable thing… this morning something strike on me when I thought of washing clothes… it will be very tiring for me to do washing if it happens that I have vocal lessons and reach home late… I would bath… eat dinner and wash clothes… sleep and wake up early… not my style… to hang the wet clothes?
